Firstly, congratulations on the new site… looks great!

boards. How do we get agents to comply? Although I am not always a fan of regulation, self-regulation does not seem to work. We have letting agents leaving boards up for 2 years or more, member firms too. We have sales agents, even those on Council, not adhering to our regs.

I know the association was anxious that a blanket ban on boards in certain central and conservation areas was a step too far but if it is the only way to get compliance, we need it.
